This open mic is for instrumental and vocal musicians who may not have a regular opportunity to gather and perform (for pleasure) apart from teaching, an occasional recital or gig. Passionate musicians, teachers, and students are all welcome to participate and encourage one another. We are also confident that this original event will attract a regular following of guests and appreciators who have always wanted an informal listening venue for this eclectic music.

These new open mic gatherings will be hosted by musicians from each community who will perform opening sets, coordinate participants, and act as MCs for the evening. For more information please contact info@cafekoi.com

Koi will provide illuminated performance space, quality PA system, mics, monitors, music stands, and a decent (electric) piano. Informal sound tech support will also be provided. Just bring your instruments, music charts (if applicable), and your passion.
